Residents in Elk Grove Township and the
City of Des Plaines have been patiently waiting for a court date with the
Appellate Court concerning a zoning issue for adult entertainment
establishments. The decision from this court will affect all home owners.
All those concerned that attended the court hearing felt it went well. We
ask for your patience on a decision from the court. We learned it can take 2
to 6 months to hear the decision from the Appellate Court.
