In some of our communities, home owners are coming home to notices on their doors informing them that they are now expected to pay extra each month for pets, cars, and additional fees for anyone who visits with a car.
There is a correct process for instituting additional fees. The process includes having the landlord provide services in exchange for these added fees. If you are in a state-licensed community call the Illinois Department of Public Health, and MHOAI.
