Adult Establishment Legislation Proposed

Synopsis: Creates the Adult Uses Location Restriction Act to provide restrictions on the proximity of adult entertainment establishments to other adult entertainment establishments, school, parks, place of worship, pre-schools, day care facilities, manufactured home communities, or other residential area. Provides that a violation of this Act is a separated petty offense for each day of violation.

Simply, it gives manufactured home communities protection from adult establishments being built across the street from them that other single family communities already have in place.
