Thanks to the hard work and support of the following legislators, HB5377 now sits on the Governor’s Desk.

So we have one more important task left -

Please write to the Governor asking him to sign this Bill into law.

We realize this is the year 2006 and Illinois still lacks basic homeowner protection for our manufactured home communities but that's just politics.

Fire Safety --even Majority Caucas leader Sen Debby Halvorson cannot believe legislators are still battling this important Bill --but this report will require more detail in the coming weeks.
