ALERT: SB0688 PASSED BY THE HOUSE

The Illinois House has passed SB0688 with 115 YEAS and 1 NAY 115-001-000. Now the bill is on Governor Blagojeich's office for signing. Once the Governor signs this BILL it then goes to JCAR for the addition of rules and regulations.

Congrats to all legislators and to MHOAI representatives working on our behalf to improve our form of affordable home ownership.

Please contact the Governor's Office requesting this Bill be signed as soon as possible.
