The landlord is responsible for repairing the driveways and streets in your community. It is not the home owners responsibility for paying these costs. This also applies to dead and unsafe tree limbs in your community.

If you are a state licensed community that repairs are needed and you are told to pay, you need to contact the Illinois Department of Public Health, and/or MHOAI.
