>> 1. Fill out name and address. Do not use periods when doing so. Only use letters of the alphabet.
> 2. Under firms and title put “Self”
> 3. Fill in E-mail, you will be sent a reply that your witness slip was accepted for the records.
> 4. Put in “Self” in space for persons, groups,,etc.
> 5. Select “Position” as “Proponent.” Make sure you clicked the correct box.
> 6. Under “Testimony” select “Record of Appearance Only.” This does not mean you have to attend the committee hearing, in puts your proponent witness slip in the records. Remember numbers will add up.
> 7. Agree to the “Terms of Agreement” and click on the “Create(Slip)” button.

Provides that the requirement for a mobile home park owner to provide water to tenants does not apply if the disruption of water service originates from factors outside the control of the mobile home park.
Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Mobile Home Landlord and Tenant Rights Act. Provides that if exigent circumstances arise, the park owner is responsible for providing a water supply to each household following a 5-day period of no water.
